Nineteen floors on the Dubai Water Canal, where ancient design wisdom meets the science of longevity. Forty-eight residences gather around a crystal pyramid at the building’s heart; the air is filtered, and the water returns to the gardens. The second Eywa rises beside the first on the Dubai Water Canal, and takes water as its teacher. Its terraces step and spill like a forest canopy after rain, and water moves through the building as a quiet, constant presence — architecture meant to slow the pulse of the city around it.
